Built-Right Digital

17.4 of 100 on disclosed practice. Read 12 September 2026, restated quarterly.
No ads running under their own Page on 12 September 2026.
Confirmed twice, by two independent methods: a name search filtered to this advertiser, and a direct query of Page ID 435595850540058 across all ad statuses. The Page ID was checked against the canonical address of their Facebook Page before we trusted it.
A statement about one date, and not a verdict. What a zero does and does not mean, and the false zero this method nearly produced.
| Criterion | Score | What the published evidence shows |
|---|---|---|
| Causal measurement | 0 / 25 | The published reporting spec is cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate and return on ad spend. Return on ad spend reported with no attribution window and no disclaimer is what the bottom band describes. |
| Conversions API and event quality | 4 / 20 | Custom conversion events and attribution modelling named in general terms. No Conversions API documentation. |
| Objective coverage | 5.4 / 18 | Creative and landing pages described. Objectives are not named individually. |
| Creative iteration | 5 / 15 | A described creative testing standard including direct-response video hooks and offer-driven statics, with no cadence number. No ads found running under their own Page. |
| Spend band, published | 3 / 12 | A pricing page exists and a budget range appears. |
| Claim hygiene | 0 / 10 | Return on ad spend reported as a headline metric with none of the four tests met. |

What they are strongest on
The most specific creative direction published by anyone here.
Where they are weakest
Reports return on ad spend as a headline without the window that would make it a number rather than a rumour.
Quoted word for word from Built-Right Digital's own published pages, read 14 September 2026: Terms and conditions.
Minimum terms, charges for leaving early and clauses about missed payments are common in agency contracts, especially where the agency pays for work upfront, such as building a website. The same eight fields appear on every profile. "Not published" means nothing the agency publishes addresses that point; a website's terms of use, which cover browsing the site rather than hiring the agency, don't count. None of this affects the score.
| Term | What they publish |
|---|---|
| Minimum term | The initial minimum term shall be as specified on the signed quote (the “Initial Term”). If the quote does not specify a minimum initial term, the following defaults apply: six (6) months for SEO and website maintenance services, and three (3) months for paid advertising services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSA, etc.). |
| Cancelling after that | After the minimum term has been satisfied, Client may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to BRD. There is no automatic multi-month renewal. |
| Leaving early | If Client terminates before the Initial Term has been satisfied, Client shall be responsible for payment of all fees due through the remainder of the Initial Term. |
| If a payment is missed | Suspension: At fifteen (15) days past due, BRD reserves the right to suspend all services, including website hosting and active campaign management, until the account balance is brought current. If the Client ceases payment, abandons the account, or terminates this Agreement without providing the requisite 30-day written notice, the entire remaining balance of the current contract term shall be accelerated and become immediately due and payable. Any balance remaining unpaid for more than thirty (30) days may accrue interest at a rate of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month, or the maximum rate permitted by the laws of the State of Wyoming, whichever is lower. |
| Price changes | The monthly retainer fee specified in the signed quote will not increase during the Initial Term of the contract. Following the expiration of the Initial Term, if the Agreement transitions to a month-to-month basis, BRD may adjust its fees upon sixty (60) days’ written notice. If Client does not agree to the adjusted fees, Client may terminate the Agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ advance written notice prior to the effective date of the increase. |
| Charges after you leave | If Client is on an amortized website plan per Section 6.2, the remaining website balance must be paid in full upon termination to receive ownership of the website. If Client no longer wishes to maintain its website upon termination, BRD will take down the website and cancel associated hosting at no additional charge. |
| Refund or guarantee | BRD DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, RANKINGS, LEAD VOLUMES, OR RETURN ON INVESTMENT FROM ANY SERVICE. |
| Who owns the ad account | Client shall retain ownership of all advertising and analytics accounts created on Client’s behalf, including but not limited to: Google Ads accounts, Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads accounts, Google Analytics accounts, Google Business Profile, and any other third-party platform accounts. |
